About FORMAE

This store is operated by 黄石市方块电子商务有限公司 under the FORMAE brand. Our studio is based in Wuhan, Hubei, China. We sell silicone foot models through a store hosted by Shopify.

Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order. The terms and product information provided when you order apply to that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Product selection and descriptions

Review the measurements, material, configuration, quantity and photographs for the specific product before ordering. Where single models and pairs are available, your selected option determines the quantity supplied. Configurations and features can vary between models.

Lighting, screen settings and production variations can affect the appearance of color and finish. This does not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description. Follow the care and handling instructions for your product and contact us if anything is unclear.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase contract and authorized to use the payment method you provide. Please enter accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Product prices, the checkout currency, delivery charges and any taxes or duties collected by us are displayed before you complete your purchase. Separately assessed import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy and remain subject to applicable law.

If a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or a material price error affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment for the unfulfilled purchase in accordance with applicable law. This is not a general right to cancel valid orders arbitrarily.

Shipping and cancellations

Orders are dispatched from Wuhan, Hubei, China. We dispatch within 4 calendar days of confirmed payment. Estimated transit time is 8–15 calendar days after dispatch, not including order processing. See our Shipping Policy for the full details.

If we cannot meet the promised dispatch period, we will notify you of the revised estimate and offer the applicable choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Delivery delays do not remove your legal rights.

Contact CommerceNestHub@outlook.com promptly to request cancellation or an address correction. Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has been dispatched.

Returns and faulty goods

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-calendar-day period after receipt to request a return or exchange, subject to its disclosed conditions. It explains return destinations, shipping costs, refunds and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights continue to apply and may extend beyond our voluntary return window. Our correspondence address is not automatically a return address; contact us for return instructions.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the security and operation of this store.

Site branding, photographs, text and other materials may belong to us or to their respective rights holders. Commercial reproduction or redistribution requires the relevant permission unless otherwise permitted by law. We do not claim ownership of third-party materials merely because they appear on our site.

Any review you submit should reflect your genuine experience and respect other people's privacy and rights. These terms do not restrict lawful, honest reviews or complaints.

Shopify and personal information

Shopify provides our ecommerce platform and processes personal information when you browse or purchase from this store. Information may also be shared with payment, delivery and other service providers, including providers in other countries, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the Shopify services enabled for this store, Shopify may also process information together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services. Our Privacy Policy and the available privacy controls describe the applicable uses and choices. Using this store does not by itself provide consent to processing that legally requires a separate choice.

External services may have their own terms and privacy notices. This does not remove any responsibility we have for the sale or for providers acting on our behalf.

Responsibility and dispute resolution

We remain responsible for our contractual and legal obligations. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

For a complaint, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. You retain access to complaint, dispute-resolution and court procedures available under applicable law. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections in your country of residence or bring every dispute exclusively in China.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders. Updates will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. We will provide additional notice where legally required.
