14-Day Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Email support@simuvelle.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. You do not need to provide a reason for a change-of-mind return.

Please handle items only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning. Return all included accessories and use the original packaging where possible. Missing original packaging alone does not remove a statutory right to return.

You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection. This does not affect your rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

How to Return an Item

1. Email support@simuvelle.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. We will provide the complete return address and recipient details.

3. Send the items back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your return.

4. Package the items securely and retain proof of postage. We recommend tracked shipping.

Contacting us for shipping instructions does not make a statutory cancellation dependent on our approval.

Return Location

Returns are sent to our operating location in Hongshan District, Wuhan, Hubei, China.

Please contact us for the complete shipping address and recipient details before sending your return. Do not send returns to our registered company address or the sender address on your parcel unless instructed.

Customers outside China should consider the cost of international return shipping before purchasing.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. These costs depend on your location, carrier and parcel size and weight.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, contact us before paying for return shipping. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us within 14 calendar days of delivery and specify the replacement item you would like.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Before proceeding, we will confirm any price difference and the shipping cost for the replacement. For change-of-mind exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping and any agreed replacement shipping charge.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a return and refund under this policy. Exchanges required to remedy faulty or incorrect goods are handled according to applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Email support@simuvelle.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photographs, where practical, can help us investigate.

Depending on the circumstances and your applicable rights, remedies may include repair, replacement or a refund.

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit any longer statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

For a full-order return, the refund includes the original cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a reimbursement or restocking fee. Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund. Contact support@simuvelle.com if you need assistance.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Where EU withdrawal rights apply, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel your online purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, email a clear statement of your decision to support@simuvelle.com, including your name, order number and the items concerned. No special form is required.

Send the goods back within 14 days after giving notice. The return costs and refund arrangements described above apply without restricting your statutory rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides greater protection, those rights take precedence.
